Just a note to say that we had a wonderful time in Krakow and your total service was first class.
I survived the embarrassment of riding the baggage trolley to get whisked through the airport, by passing all the queues.
The flat really felt like home (and I am not just saying that, with my ankle problem!) and was cosy and really well thought out.
Andrews meet and greet was brilliant- the only problem with the trip was all of my doing (and even so I still enjoyed it).

The rooms were lovely, very clean, prettily decorated and well appointed. The book case well stocked as well which was a bonus. The main square is 15 minutes walk away, so more than managable. Mathew was very informative and helpful. The only down side was the entrance and stairs. So do not be put off. The courtyard and the hall were very dark and dingy. However its off street location means that it is quiet for a city location. Would we stay again? YES |

They can give you excellent tips and advice as to how best to enjoy Poland and Krakow. Staying at Affinity gives you a real flavor for being in Krakow. You do not feel like a tourist or hotel guest. You feel more like a family member, friend or resident of Krakow. The atmosphere of the apartments and the complex is very informal, very friendly, very low key and most enjoyable. Affinity provides a warm friendly, home like and non tourist experience in Krakow which is just terrific. Also Affinity is in a great location being only a five minute walk to the main plaza, it is located on a main tram line, has many restaurants right nearby, has a Catholic Church nearby and a fitness center within a ten minutes walk from the complex. Every thing you need is extremely close and convenient. I strongly recommend staying at Affinity Flats. |

| METRO EXECUTIVE - From the wonderfully descriptive web site with realistic and accurate pictures of the flats to the friendly and prompt exchange of e-mails, the reservation process was a breeze. Misha went out of her way to open the office when we arrived in the evening on a holiday. She showed us around the flat personally, directed us to local amenities like restaurants and a grocery store and made herself available for tips and help when we needed it. It was nice to know someone would be there if you needed her but would not be hovering over you when you wanted privacy. Misha has found a perfect balance. The flat itself was wonderful - modern, roomy, comfortable (even the sofa bed!). The location (really just seconds from the market square) is amazing. We were able to walk everywhere in Krakow that we wanted to see. When (not if) I return to the wonderful city, I will definitely stay in one of the Affinity Flats. |

| METRO EXECUTIVE: We have just returned from our visit to Krakow. We found the team at Affinity Flats very helpful, and gave us lots of advise on Airport Transfers etc. before travelling. We were a family of 2 adults & 2 children and we found the Metro Executive excellent for our needs. We toured around ourselves and found the location perfect, just off the Main Square and only 10 mins to the bus/train station.
We have recommended Affinity Flats to all our relations and friends, and will definitely return there ourselves in the future.

Sometimes when you read accommodation recommendations you wonder if they are too good to be true!! Having stayed with Affinity Flats, I can assure you the praise is all true!! The staff at Affinity, go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to customer service. I would like to thank Marisha and Gosia who were extremely helpful with all our requirements - from accommodation bookings to check-in, sightseeing tours and taxis!! The flats are amazing and couldn't be better located. The Italian Collection apartments are all beautiful and of a very high standard. In particular, the newly available Torino flat is very luxurious. This was our second time in Krakow and we are already looking forward to our next trip. I would without hesitation stay with Affinity Flats again and will definitely recommend Affinity Flats to all my friends.

We rented three flats for 9 adult family members, for six nights and everyone felt comfortable and connected with Krakow. But more important than the great flats and super location was the caring and professional Affinity Flats staff. We had a wonderful stay and having the restaurants and cafe bar within the building was so handy when I fell over on the ice and had to wash and dry my coat overnight - we were still able to have a great meal without going out into the freezing cold. | ITALIAN COLLECTION: NAPOLI & ROMA: Over the years, I have stayed at many five star hotels throughout the world. However, this was my first experience renting an apartment while on a foreign trip. Therefore, my evaluation is based on how it met the needs of our group of four. The location in Old Town, Cracow within minutes of walking to the Main Square and other attractions was superb.We ate all our meals at various restaurants except for breakfast and our cocktail hour. The kitchen facilities are well equipped. We chose the additional services of airport pickup and departure. Both times, the van drivers were there on time waiting. This was especially appreciated for our departure to Prague at 4.30 A.M.
Marisha's interior decorating background is evident in the decor of the apartments. She was always available by cell phone if we needed her. I would say the Affinity Flats apartments are upscale. For about three weeks, we didn't think we could get accomodations since all hotels were
booked. Marisha came to the rescue with two different apartments within the same building.Our group would like to express our appreciation to Marisha and the two van drivers for enabling us to have wonderful memories of Cracow. My two adult sons likened Cracow to a Disney World. Having been to Disney World in Florida, they are right on the mark. A magical experience. Speaking and comprehending some Polish heightens these feelings and allows one to explore more independently. I was surprised at the amount of English understood. A member of our group operates her own travel agency and she will certainly recommend Affinity Flats to her clients. A five star |
